Velxodi is a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Chile. Through our platform, users can explore investment projects, obtain detailed information about each opportunity, and make inquiries to our team.

Velxodi acts as a technology intermediary and not as a financial advisor, stockbroker, or fund manager. Investment decisions are the exclusive responsibility of each user.

2. Requirements for Use

To use our platform, you must: be over 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in Chile, provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using our forms, not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Chile.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Velxodi SpA or its content providers and is protected by Chile's intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, display, publication, transmission, or exploitation of any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Velxodi SpA is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The information presented on the platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer of securities, financial, legal, or tax advice. Velxodi does not guarantee the profitability of any project presented on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, Velxodi SpA shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago, Chile, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

9. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right by Velxodi shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Velxodi SpA regarding the use of the platform.
